1. This Privacy Policy governs the personal data of users of YourConnected.group Ltd trading as Home Social Network and individuals to whom YourConnected.group Ltd trading as Home Social Network provides electronic services through www.homesocialnetwork.coml/ (hereinafter referred to as “Service Recipients”).

YourConnected.group Ltd trading as Home Social Network, with its registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ, is the Data Controller responsible for processing personal data in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC).

4. Providing personal data is voluntary but essential for fulfilling the purposes outlined in section 5 below by the Data Controller.
5. The personal data of Service Recipients and Users are processed by the Data Controller only to the extent necessary for the following purposes:

b. Handling complaints and pursuing claims if needed;
c. Marketing the Administrator’s products/services;
d. Sending newsletters;
e. Performing services related to Home Social Network products for the User;

h. Fulfilling the Data Controller’s legal obligations.
6. Personal data will be stored only as long as necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
7. The Data Controller may share personal data with authorised individuals, authorities, institutions, and carriers as required by law or when necessary to achieve legitimate objectives pursued by the Data Controller or data recipients.

Under a written agreement compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR, the Data Controller may entrust the processing of personal data to third parties providing hosting and newsletter services, as well as other entities that meet the required data protection standards. This is necessary to fulfil the Data Controller’s legal or contractual obligations.
9. The Data Controller is committed to processing personal data with the utmost care and ensuring the highest level of data security. This includes:
a. Implementing technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against threats and unauthorised access;
b. Safeguarding data from unauthorised disclosure, unlawful processing, alteration, loss, or destruction;
c. Maintaining documentation detailing data processing methods and security measures;

10. The Data Controller uses the following measures to prevent unauthorised access to data processed via www.homesocialnetwork.com:
a. Cryptographic measures (VPN tunnel and encrypted SSH connection);
b. Authentication using RSA and DSA keys.
