The subscriber or user of the website and the services offered by HSN is referred to as ‘You’ or ‘User’ or ‘Subscriber’.

1. Eligibility

• For monthly paying subscribers, your subscription will automatically renew every month, indefinitely.
• For annual paying subscribers, your subscription will automatically renew every year, indefinitely.
• For free trial subscribers, your free trial will end after 14 days unless you revert to a paying subscriber.
• For sponsored subscribers, your subscription will continue until the sponsor terminates or alters the agreement with HSN.

3. Cancellation Policy

• All pay-monthly subscriptions require a minimum of 30 days’ cancellation notice.
• There are no refunds under any circumstances.
• All pay-yearly subscribers must pay 12 months in advance with no refunds.
• To cancel, you must email hello@homesocialnetwork.com and receive a confirmation reply.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to HSN are owned by YourConnected.group Ltd. We reserve the right to use your business name, details, and logo for marketing purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise.

5. Authorization & Permission

By using HSN services, you grant permission to HSN to collect information on properties you market and publish social media content on your behalf.

6. Social Media Content

Posts will be published via auto-scheduling, and valuation & seasonal posts will not be customized.

7. Pricing and Payment

Subscription prices are listed on our website and are subject to change.

8. Refunds

We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.

9. Liability

We disclaim all liability for any losses or damages arising from the use of our service.

10. International Use

If you access our services from outside the UK, you are responsible for complying with local laws.

11. Communication

Most communications will be electronic. By subscribing, you agree to opt-in to our email marketing database.

12. Notices
